"I had a tree topple onto my house right before Memorial Day weekend. Jake was at my house within an hour or two of my call that Friday morning. He not only removed the tree promptly, he explained that my mast was broken so an electrician would need to come out and repair it. He even called back later to explain what exactly had to be done to re-establish electricity because he had called his electrician friend. I would have been completely clueless. Instead I could explain the situation to Xcel over the phone. Jake also worked with my insurance, although they were unyielding, and did everything he could to make sure I was treated fairly by the insurance provider. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Jake. He goes far beyond being professional. He is personable and really puts forth an extraordinary effort for his customers."
